On October 12, Professor Celina Realuyo from the Perry Center participated in the 2021 Cyber Conference hosted by Chatham House, Royal Institute of International Affairs. She spoke on "Creating Resilient Cyber Strategies for Tomorrow" before a virtual audience of 500 participants from the U.K. Europe, Asia and North America. The conference included sessions on competition in emerging cyber technologies, understanding the continued rise of state-backed cyberattacks, overcoming international differences in data governance, and how can we maintain a global, open internet?
