Perry Center Professor Participates in Webinar on Counterterrorism in the Age of COVID-19

On June 18, 2020 Perry Center Professor Celina Realuyo spoke on "Threats from Hezbollah and Iran in the Americas" at a webinar on “The Impact of COVID-19 on Terrorist Groups around the World” alongside Perry Center alumnus Federal Police Agent Christian Azevedo from Brazil who addressed ISIS and Universidad de las Americas Puebla (UDLAP) professor, Dr. Mohamed Badine Yattioui who discussed terrorist threats in North Africa. This webinar, with more than 200 participants, previewed the August release of the forthcoming book Terrorism: History and Global Trends, published by Universidad de las Americas Puebla where the panelists have contributed chapters on the history of counterterrorism of their respective countries - Brazil, Morocco and the United States.
